Who is responsible?
WK Hub is the website brand. The legal operator, postal address and applicable jurisdiction have not yet been supplied. See Business details for the information still required before publication. The configured enquiry address is wkhhub@gmail.com; mailbox ownership and delivery must be confirmed.
Browsing the website
The page code does not include analytics, advertising pixels, session recording, third-party frames or social media embeds. Fonts, scripts and artwork are served from this website. A web host necessarily receives connection data such as your IP address and requested URL. The production host, log settings, retention period and processing location must be confirmed before launch.
Contact enquiries
The contact form asks for your name, an email address for the reply, your message, and confirmation that you want a reply. It prepares a mailto draft on your device containing those details. Opening the draft does not submit it to this website. If you send the email, the recipient receives your message, sender address and any information you choose to include through the email providers involved. Do not include passwords, payment details or sensitive personal information. There is no newsletter signup or automated marketing consent.
Comments and star ratings
Article pages let you rate a post from one to five stars and leave a comment. A rating stores the stars and a time. A comment stores the name you type, your text, the page language and a time; it is published only after the operator approves it, and you can ask for it to be removed. To stop repeat votes and comment spam, the site stores a one-way, salted hash of your connection address instead of the address itself, scoped to each post for ratings. These records are kept in a Cloudflare D1 database for as long as the comment or rating is shown. Nothing is stored in your browser for this.
Purpose and legal basis
Enquiries are intended to be used only to understand your request and respond. Where GDPR applies, steps you request before a contract may fall under Article 6(1)(b); other business correspondence may rely on legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f), subject to the required assessment. The operator must confirm the applicable basis. The reply checkbox records your request in the interface; it is not a bundled acceptance of marketing or a waiver of rights.
Storage preferences
No optional appearance values are saved by default. If you enable Remember my settings on the Cookies & settings page, the site saves your language, theme, animation preference and that choice in localStorage on this device. These are not sent to an analytics service. You can turn this off and remove the four site preference keys on that page.
Recipients, retention and transfers
The website has no enquiry database or upload endpoint. Sent email may be processed by the operator and its email provider. Hosting and email providers, any international transfers and safeguards, enquiry deletion periods and mandatory retention obligations must be documented by the operator before publication. No fixed retention promise is made without that information.
Your rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal data, object to processing, and complain to the competent supervisory authority. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing. Send privacy enquiries to the verified operator contact once supplied. Optional device storage can be removed directly in Cookies & settings.
Automated decisions and changes
This site does not perform profiling or decisions about visitors using the decorative AI dashboard. Dashboard figures are fictional examples. This notice must be reviewed whenever hosting, contact handling, tracking or the operator changes.
